CLS Instructional Innovation Workshop:  May 13-14
Join us for an introduction to e-portfolios for student language learners. Mary Toulouse, Director of the Lafayette College Language Resource Center, will present Lafayette's model and show us how students can create reflective, process-oriented e-portfolios.  RSVPs to Suzanne Young.

The CLS is offering a new Certificate in Second Language Acquisition designed for Yale graduate students in departments of language & literature to provide a comprehensive training program in SLA and language teaching methodology.

Columbia, Cornell, Yale shared course initiative

Columbia, Cornell, and Yale are collaborating to offer several languages not otherwise taught on our campuses via videoconferencing. This spring, we will offer Bengali, Dutch, Romanian, Tamil, Yoruba, and Zulu. For details and course information, read more here.
