Event description:
The LRIG is a space for all language faculty engaged in research or interested in conducting their own classroom –based research to share their experience, find answers and support in research-related issues. In the “I Have a Hunch” series we will talk about specific classroom scenarios (“hunches”) and work on developing and operationalizing research questions (RQs). We will look at typical research designs and choose the most appropriate methodology which will enable us to answer our RQs.
No prior experience in research design is necessary. Everyone is welcome!
